Questions?
1) How far in advance should we start planning our honeymoon?
Most couples plan their honeymoon 6-9 months prior to their departure. Some couples do plan as far out as 12 months, if the dates of travel are known. Planning in advance allows you to choose your honeymoon based on what you want, rather than settling for what’s still available.
2) Won’t it cost more to use a professional travel consultant to book our honeymoon?
No. When you use a travel professional, you not only save hours of time doing your own research, you save money as well. We work with travel suppliers all over the world to find you the best value. We are paid by travel suppliers, you don’t pay us a fee! Our custom honeymoon planning services allow you to have all the support, assistance and advice you need, while costing you the same, if not less, than booking your honeymoon yourself.
3) We’re not sure where we want to go for our honeymoon. Can you help us decide?
Yes! This is one of the main reasons to work with a travel consulnt. We find out about your past travel experiences, what you want out of this travel experience, your day-to-day likes and dislikes, your budget and your traveling style to help you narrow down your choices. We won’t steer you toward a particular resort or ship to meet a quota. Your honeymoon happiness is our only goal.
4) Do I need a passport? How do I get one?
This depends on where you are going. For most travel these days a passport is required. We can help you acquire, renew or expedite your passport.
5) Our budget is on the small side. Can we still have a nice honeymoon?
Of course you can! Working with us, we can make the most of your budget, large or small. There are many ways to stretch your honeymoon dollars. If your dates are flexible, you can fly on a slower day of the week, stay one or two fewer nights, have a garden view room instead of an oceanfront room, etc…We have many ways to make your honeymoon just as special as you are.
